Company Designs offers a variety of different staging
services to assist our clients in merchandising their houses
for sale. As we feel all houses for sale can benefit from
our “Feel Home” staging process, we are able to tailor your
needs and budget to any one of our services. It is up to
you……. a little or a lot of assistance; either will go a
long way to maximizing your
investment & minimizing your stress!
Initial
Consultation
We will meet with you to discuss your goals; expectations
and budget. We will go over our 8-step, home staging
process while walking through the home as a buyer would,
gathering those all-important “first impressions.” If time
permits, we will provide a “mini” staging demonstration to
help you see the potential. We will then prepare a proposal
based upon the amount of work needed in order to gain a
speedy sale and the highest dollar amount for your home.
Bronze Level Staging
Comprehensive Action Plan
This service is for those houses that just need a little
extra attention and expertise. After our initial
consultation we can prepare a Comprehensive Action Plan, to
assist the home owner in preparing their house for sale so
that they may complete the job themselves. Fine tuning
services are available.
Silver Level Staging
(Phase I)
Hands on Staging Service + Photo Package
This service
is for houses in need of a little more attention and
expertise. We will work with the home owners, using only
their existing furniture, art and accessories; transforming
the priority areas to achieve the most desired effects. We
will take after photos of the completed rooms and create a
beautiful “real estate commercial” of your property for you
and your Realtor to use.
Gold Level Staging (Phase
II)
Hands on Staging Service + Accessories +
Photo Package
This is our
marquee service; we will continue to use the owner’s
belongings as much as possible however: we will further
enhance your property by using our merchandising experience
to recommend the purchase or rental of accessories that will
more than pay for themselves in order to really
achieve a show home and lifestyle statement. You won’t
believe the difference we can make! We will take after
photos of completed rooms and create a beautiful “real
estate commercial” of your property for you and your Realtor
